Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was just what we needed. The rooms were perfect for our family, very comfortable and above average for the area. The staff were very friendly, accommodating our large group and ensuring everything was set up properly. The location was great, although a bit congested during the March break, but it was close to Fleming College. The dining options were varied with healthy choices but lacked some breakfast items in the morning. Overall, a pleasant and valuable experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were modern and clean, making it a bit challenging to take our dog out due to some maintenance issues that needed addressing. The king suite was spacious and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with very helpful and friendly staff, especially the fantastic housekeepers. The location was convenient, along a main strip in Peterborough with easy access to restaurants. The dining options were minimal, but the breakfast, included in the room rate, was decent. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the positive experience.
The hotel offers nice and big rooms with a separate sitting area from the bedroom. The rooms are spacious and clean, but facing West means the Sun heats up the room in the afternoon unless the drapes are closed. The staff is extremely helpful and professional, although I encountered a minor issue with interruptions during conversations. The location is excellent for accessing the surrounding area, especially for hockey families during tournament weekends. The dining experience was great with attentive staff, but lacked meat options for breakfast. Overall, a solid choice in Peterborough.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was nice, but sometimes busy with groups on weekends. The rooms were average, but I was a bit skeptical due to a small size description and some questionable stains that turned out to be fine. The service was top-notch, with extremely polite and helpful staff, but the dining options were limited. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping centers and all chain restaurants. The rooms are like shoeboxes but lovely and very clean. The service, unfortunately, was marred by a rude staff member and poor response to issues. The location is good but could be more spacious. Dining offers good options and a satisfying experience. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
